Unit 304

Looking for the perfect condo for your dream vacation? This beauty has it all! 1650 square feet with room for everyone to have their space and be comfortable. Dining table with six chairs and comfortable couch and loveseat in the living room. The living room has a 55 inch TV and cable. Downstairs has twin beds that can be made into a king if you prefer. This bedroom has a 43 inch tv with cable access. Half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs has the mountain side bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This bedroom has 50 inch TV. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with a shower. We have a 50 inch TV in this room.
Walk straight out on to the lanai and take in the unobstructed views on our neighbor islands. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your condo. Upstairs has a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Located on the third and fourth floor just north of Lahaina this condo has views you cannot beat. The property has beach access and a BBQ station with four gas grills. In the evening enjoy our tiki torches that light up the night at sunset. We are also one of the only properties that can boast about our heated pool and lush grounds.
This condo also has split AC in all bedrooms as well as the living areas. You can control the temperature for each area with remote controls.
Sky shades are also on the main floor lanai as well as the master bedroom for controlling the afternoon sun if you choose.

  We absolutely enjoyed this updated, well-maintained condo right on the water. There was plenty of space for the two of us and our four teenagers. From watching the sea turtles swim by, to having a spot for the kids to jump in the ocean and do some snorkeling or to relax in the pool was amazing. This resort was clean and everyone was super friendly. Very convenient location, we will definitely be back!

  Family of 8 (six adults and 2 children) spent 10 nights at this condo in May. Great location. Walking distance to Kaanapali beaches and short drive to Napili and Kapalua. Nicely renovated and good amenities. Access to the ocean in the back and nice pool in the front of the building. Great bbq facilities and sitting areas ocean side. Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Highly recommended.

  We had a great time. The view was really breathtaking. We were able to see whales from the apartment. The pool was warm. The air conditioner does shut off every time you open the door. So if you want a breeze at night it does affect whoever is sleeping in a different room.

  We absolutely Loved our stay at Makani Sands unit 304... the view was incredible and often brought tears to my eyes. We watched the whales and sea turtles right from the lanai. What a bonus to have 2 lanais, one off the family room and the other off the largest bedroom upstairs. My daughter enjoyed her view of the mountains from the 3rd lanai in the back of the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we never felt on top of each other. The condo was very comfortable and the office staff was friendly. Unit 304 is updated with a beautiful kitchen and modern bathrooms and felt very clean. The condo is located in a quiet part of the island, close to everything and has free parking. They would light tiki torches each night along the oceanfront which we enjoyed and gave an awesome atmosphere after sunset. We plan to be back and would definitely book here again !

  I was fortunate to take my son’s family to Makani Sands. The girls 17 and 19 had never been to Hawaii before. Unit 304 was so nice. I loved my private bedroom and bathroom. The remodel was excellent, beautiful calming blue green walls, kitchen cabinets and counters/ backsplashes were a pretty color also. Of course the view of the ocean and Molokai can’t be best. We even saw turtles swimming in front of our condo. I myself appreciated that the pool was heated, it wasn’t that way back in 2018. That was my favorite place and I swam in that pool everyday! The office personnel was so friendly and accommodating. Please tell the owners they did a terrific job on the interior decorating!

  Condo 304 is a beautiful condo!!Its decorated perfectly! We love Makani Sands, the condo was perfect and the grounds are so beautiful! Tammy in the office is a very sweet and accommodating lady, such a sweetheart!! We saw so many turtles swimming in the ocean there. This is my third trip and stay at Makani Sands, just got home and I'm trying to talk another friend into going back next year and staying at Makani Sands in condo 304, fingers crossed that she says "lets go"!
